Service Description

Instructor Kristi Hayden will lead a boot-camp style class that will ensure you have FUN while you're moving your body! There may be indoor and outdoor challenges, and sometimes this may even involve WATER. Note that this class is only in-person for the summer months. Come out and enjoy! Keep your spirits light, your booty tight and your goals in sight ;)
